In submitting this Application Form and all relevant attachments, I acknowledge that I have read and understand DEAL’s Pet Policy and my obligations and responsibilities as an Occupant of a DEAL property with a pet. If my application is approved, I accept full responsibility for complying with my obligations and responsibilities under the Pet Policy, in particular to ensure that my pet:

Does not negatively impact on the quality of living for other people;
Does not cause damage to the DEAL property;
Is in line with the Nhulunbuy animal by-laws; and
Is kept clean, healthy, happy and parasite free.

I also acknowledge my responsibility for complying with all terms of the tenancy agreement, and any relevant laws or Nhulunbuy Corporation Limited regulations in relation to the keeping of pets. I agree to have the DEAL property professionally treated for fleas and ticks at the end of the tenancy agreement.

DEAL and its managing agent will use best endeavours to keep your application confidential. DEAL and its managing agent are committed to the protection of your personal information, and handling of that information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act). DEAL will collect personal information about you, in the course of you completing this Application Form and (if applicable) in the course of your tenancy. By providing DEAL with personal information about a third party (e.g. a primary contact) you warrant that that person consents to DEAL collecting and handling their personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.
