Jo-Anne Scarini has a strong passion for northern Australia having spent over two decades living and working in the region. She brings extensive business experience to the board, with over 20 years in the resources sector, as well as having worked in manufacturing and the public sector. Jo-Anne holds a Bachelor of Business with an Accounting major and a Master of Applied Science, specialising in Organisational Development.  She also holds the Graduate Members of the Company Directors Course designation. In recent years Jo-Anne has applied her business knowledge to leading mining assets, primarily in remote areas across northern Australia.
